About these terms

These terms apply to your use of this website and its features, including the AI chat, voice input, design previews, estimates and forms. The website is run by Jaipur Infotech ("Jaipur Infotech", "we", "us"), Jaipur, Rajasthan, India.

By using the website, you agree to these terms and to our privacy policy. If you don't agree, please don't use the website. If you use it on behalf of a business, you confirm you're allowed to accept these terms for that business.

AI chat and voice

Our chat and assistant use AI to understand your answers, suggest services and write text for design previews. AI can make mistakes, so please check anything important with our team.
Answers from the chat or assistant are general information about our services. They aren't professional, legal, financial or technical advice for your situation.
Voice input turns what you say into text for you to check before sending. Please review the text, as transcription may not be perfect.
AI voice calls are optional, recorded, and limited in length. The assistant collects details for our team; anything it says about prices, features or timelines is not an offer or commitment. Our proposal is what counts.
To keep the service fair and costs under control, we limit how many previews, refreshes and voice messages each visitor can use, and may pause access if we detect misuse.

Estimates and prices

Estimates, price ranges, timelines and plans shown on the website or in the chat are indicative. They aren't an offer or a binding quote.
A price becomes binding only when it's set out in a written proposal or agreement that we both accept.
Prices are "starting from" amounts. We aren't registered for GST at present, so no GST is added to our prices. International prices are shown in US dollars.
Third-party costs, such as AI usage, WhatsApp message fees, call minutes, paid listings and ad budgets, are billed separately at cost unless your proposal says otherwise.
We may change the prices shown on the website at any time. Changes don't affect proposals you've already accepted.

Design previews

Design previews and style directions are concepts created from templates and style libraries owned by Jaipur Infotech, personalized with your answers.
You may view, save and share your preview links to evaluate working with us. You may not use the previews, templates or their layouts to build a website or product without engaging us.
Rights to final designs we create for you are set out in your project agreement, which usually transfers ownership to you once paid in full.
Preview links expire after a set period, as described in our privacy policy.

What you share with us

You keep ownership of the ideas, business details, comments, photos and files you share with us.
You allow us to use them to prepare your previews, estimates, plans and proposals, and to reply to you.
Please don't share confidential information in the chat or forms. If you'd like an NDA before sharing sensitive details, ask us and we'll arrange one.
Only share content you have the right to share, and don't share other people's personal data without their permission.

Acceptable use

When using the website, you agree not to:

Use bots, scripts or automated tools to access the chat, forms or previews, or to copy content from the website.
Try to trick the AI into ignoring its instructions, revealing internal information or producing harmful content.
Upload or send anything unlawful, harmful, misleading, abusive or that infringes someone else's rights.
Try to break into, overload or disrupt the website or the services behind it.
Pretend to be someone else, or give false contact details.

We may limit or block access for anyone who breaks these rules.

Our content and brand

The website's text, design, templates, illustrations, code, AI Lab demos, and the Jaipur Infotech name and logo belong to us or our licensors. You may view and share pages for personal or business evaluation, but you may not copy, sell or reuse them without our written permission.

Projects and monthly plans

These terms cover your use of the website. Projects and monthly plans are covered by a separate proposal or agreement, which sets out the scope, price, payment terms, timelines, ownership, support and how either side can end the work. If that agreement conflicts with these terms, the agreement applies.

Limits of liability

We work hard to keep the website accurate and available, but it's provided "as is". We can't promise it will always be error-free or uninterrupted.
To the extent the law allows, we aren't liable for indirect or consequential losses, such as lost profits or data, arising from your use of the website, its AI features, or estimates shown on it.
Nothing in these terms limits liability that can't be limited under applicable law, including your rights as a consumer.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute will be handled by the courts of Jaipur, Rajasthan, unless the law of your country gives you the right to bring a claim where you live. Before going to court, we'll try to resolve any concern with you directly and in good faith.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms as the website and our services change. The version number and date at the top show the latest update. Continuing to use the website after an update means you accept the new terms.
