Who we are
This website is run by Jaipur Infotech ("Jaipur Infotech", "we", "us"), Jaipur, Rajasthan, India. We decide how and why your personal data is used, which makes us the Data Fiduciary under Indian law, and the data controller under European law.
You can reach us about anything in this policy at hello@jaipurinfotech.com.
Data we collect
Information you give us
- Contact details: your name, email address, phone or WhatsApp number, and company name, when you save designs, request a proposal, fill in a form or book a call.
- Project and business details: your answers in our AI chat, your idea or business description, the designs you choose, your comments for our designers, and the estimates or plans we prepare for you.
- Voice input: short recordings made only when you tap the microphone, used to turn your speech into text.
- AI voice calls: if you choose to talk to our AI assistant after sending an enquiry, the call recording, its transcript, and the answers it notes for our team (such as your goal, budget range, timeline and preferred next step).
- Messages and calls: what you send us by email or WhatsApp, and notes from calls with our team.
- Job applications: your CV and the details you share when applying for a role.
Information collected automatically
- Chat sessions: the answers you give in our chat, stored without your name until you choose to share contact details.
- Usage and device data: pages visited, the website or ad that brought you here, browser and device type.
- Approximate location: your country and city, worked out from your internet address, so we can show prices in the right currency and use the right voice service.
We don't ask for sensitive details such as financial account numbers, health information or government ID numbers, and we ask you not to share them in the chat.
How we use it
- To reply to your enquiry and send you the designs, estimates, plans or proposals you asked for.
- To create personalized design previews, estimates and AI growth plans from your chat answers.
- To deliver services you've bought from us, and manage our contract with you.
- To improve our website, templates and questions, using grouped statistics rather than individual profiles.
- To keep our website secure and prevent spam, bots and misuse.
- To meet legal duties, such as tax and accounting records.
- To send you updates or offers, only if you've agreed. You can stop these at any time.
We process your data based on the consent you give when you use our chat, forms or voice input, and for the other lawful purposes allowed by Indian law. For visitors from the European Union and United Kingdom, we rely on consent, steps you ask us to take before a contract, and our legitimate interest in running a secure, useful website.
AI and voice features
- AI chat: your chat answers are sent to an AI service to write the text for your design previews, suggest services and explain estimates. Prices come from rules set by our team, not from the AI.
- Enquiry summaries: when you send an enquiry, what you asked for (not your name, email address or phone number) is sent to our AI provider to summarise it for our team and suggest how soon to reply. A person reads every enquiry and decides what happens next.
- AI Lab demos: what you type into a demo (for example the booking bot, including any business details you enter) is sent to our AI provider to write the reply. We don't store it; business details you enter stay in your browser.
- Files you upload to a demo (an invoice photo, a product photo or a PDF) are processed straight away and never stored. Location and camera details are removed from photos first. Invoice photos and the text of PDFs go to our AI provider; product photos go to fal.ai, which cuts out the product. The text of an uploaded PDF stays in your browser while you ask questions. Each visitor can upload up to 10 files a day.
- Estimates are guides: online estimates and plans are indicative. No decision with legal or similar effect is made about you by AI alone; a person always prepares your final proposal.
- Voice input: when you use the mic button, your recording (up to 30 seconds) is sent to Sarvam AI's speech-to-text service. We don't store the recording; only the text is kept, as part of your chat, and only if you send it.
- AI voice calls: after an enquiry, you can choose to talk to our AI assistant for up to a few minutes. The call runs on Sarvam AI's voice agent service, which records and transcribes it. We save the transcript and the answers the assistant notes with your enquiry, and our AI provider uses them to update the summary for our team. The assistant tells you it is an AI, and it can't give firm prices or make commitments; a person reads every call and decides what happens next.
- Model training: where our AI providers offer settings that keep your data out of their model training, we use them.
Data outside India
Some of our service providers process data in other countries, such as the United States or countries in Europe. We only use providers that protect data to a standard comparable to this policy, and we follow any restrictions the Government of India places on transfers to particular countries. For visitors from the European Union and United Kingdom, we use recognised safeguards, such as standard contractual clauses, where required.
How long we keep it
| Data | How long |
|---|---|
| Voice recordings from the mic button | Deleted immediately after transcription |
| AI voice call transcripts and answers | With your enquiry, for the same period |
| AI voice call recordings | Held by Sarvam AI under its own retention policy; we don't download them |
| Anonymous chat sessions | 90 days |
| Saved designs and share links | 60 days, unless you become a client |
| Enquiries that don't become projects | 12 months after our last contact |
| Client project and billing records | For the contract, then as long as tax and accounting laws require |
| Job applications | 12 months |
Where the law requires, we'll tell you at least 48 hours before deleting your data at the end of its retention period, so you can ask us to keep it.
Your rights
Wherever you are, you can ask us to:
- Give you a summary of the personal data we hold about you and how we use it.
- Correct, complete or update your data.
- Delete your data, unless we must keep it by law.
- Withdraw your consent. It's as easy to withdraw as it was to give, and it doesn't affect what we did before.
- Handle a complaint about how we've used your data.
Under Indian law you can also nominate someone to exercise these rights for you if you're unable to. If you're not satisfied with our response to a complaint, you can approach the Data Protection Board of India.
If you're in the European Union or United Kingdom, you also have the right to data portability, to object to or restrict certain processing, and to complain to your local data protection authority.
To use any of these rights, email hello@jaipurinfotech.com. We'll reply within 30 days, and may need to confirm your identity first.
Security
We protect your data with encrypted connections, limited staff access, secure storage of our service keys on our servers, and bot protection on every form. No system is perfectly secure, so if a data breach affects you, we'll tell you and the Data Protection Board of India as the law requires, explaining what happened and what you can do.
Children
Our website and services are meant for businesses and adults. We don't knowingly collect personal data from anyone under 18. If you believe a child has shared data with us, please contact us and we'll delete it.
Changes to this policy
We'll update this policy when our services or the law change. The version number and date at the top show the latest update, and we'll let you know of important changes on this website or by email.
