Pricing questions
Do prices include taxes?
We aren't registered for GST at present, so our prices have no GST added. International clients see prices in USD.
Are third-party costs included?
Costs charged by other providers, such as WhatsApp conversation fees from Meta or phone call minutes, are billed separately at cost, so you only pay for what you use.
Can I change or cancel a monthly plan?
Yes. You can move between plans or add services as you grow. Notice periods are set out in your agreement.
Who owns what we build for you?
You do. Ownership of code and designs transfers to you as agreed in your contract.
